    MALAYSIA share prices closed lower on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 2.22 points to 1,807.87.

    Volume was 897 million lots worth RM887.4 million.

    Gainers outnumbered losers 381 to 276.
