Malaysia: Shares end higher on Wednesday

MALAYSIAN shares ended higher on Wednesday with the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index adding 6.42 points to close at 1,660.39.
Some 1.7 billion lots, valued at RM2.37 billion were traded. Gainers numbered 523 while losers numbered 280.
