    MALAYSIAN shares ended lower on Thursday with the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index slipping 0.460 points to close at 1,643.950.

    Some 1.23 billion lots, valued at RM1.41 billion were traded.

    Gainers numbered 272 while losers numbered 437.
