Malaysia: Shares end lower

MALAYSIAN shares ended lower on Friday with the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index slipping 8.04 points to close at 1,747.52.

Some 2.23 billion lots, valued at RM3.69 billion were traded. Gainers numbered 370 while losers numbered 424.
