Malaysia: Shares end lower on Friday

MALAYSIAN shares ended lower on Friday with the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index slipping 18 points to close at 1,634.19.
Some 1.98 billion lots, valued at RM2.81 billion were traded. Gainers numbered 279 while losers numbered 612.
