MALAYSIAN stocks closed lower on Friday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 5.93 points to 1,753.07.
Volume was 2.3 billion shares worth RM3.5 billion.
Losers outnumbered gainers by 475 to 414.
