MALAYSIA share prices opened flat on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 0.040 points to 1639.840.
Volume was 17.5 million lots worth RM8.7 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 52 to 47.
