Malaysia: Shares open higher on Friday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 1.62 points to 1,635.06.
Volume was 59.8 million lots worth RM 24.3 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 156 to 43.
