MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 5.39 points to 1,708.58.
Volume was 60 million lots worth RM31.52 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 152 to 56.
