Malaysia: Shares open higher on Friday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 10.86 points to 1,879.44 as at 9.02am.
Volume was 118.58 million lots worth RM147.93 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 173 to 97.
