Malaysia: Shares open higher on Monday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 4.800 points to 1696.110.
Volume was 65.01 million lots worth RM29.38 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 126 to 66.
