Malaysia: Shares open higher on Monday

MALAYSIA share prices open higher on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 2.820 points to 1,771.100.

Volume was 176.59 million lots worth RM71.13 million.

Gainers outnumbered losers 269 to 58.
