Malaysia: Shares open higher on Monday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 2.80 points to 1,743.73.
Volume was 122.6 million lots worth RM26.76 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 134 to 42.
