Malaysia: Shares open higher on Monday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up by 2.98 points to 1,890.73.
Volume was some 23.89 million lots worth RM7.25 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 79 to 59.
