Malaysia: Shares open higher on Monday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 0.19 points to 1821.40.
Volume was 73.67 million lots worth RM239.25 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 183 to 159.
