Malaysia: Shares open higher on Thursday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 7.26 points to 1597.51.
Volume was 34.9 million lots worth RM15.8 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 107 to 36.
