Malaysia: Shares open higher on Tuesday

MALAYSIA share prices open higher on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 7.070 points to 1712.950.
Volume was 135.4 million lots worth RM53.08 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 148 to 72.
