Malaysia: Shares open higher on Tuesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 1.15 points to 1,719.51.

Volume was 50.96 million lots worth RM18.01 million.

Gainers outnumbered losers 107 to 72.
