Malaysia: Shares open higher on Wednesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 5.34 points to 1,789.78.

Volume was 105.73 million lots worth RM63.23 million.

Gainers outnumbered losers 206 to 81.
