    MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 1.15 points to 1634.33 as at 9.02am.

    Volume was 30.2 million lots worth RM9.6 million.

    Gainers outnumbered losers 83 to 49.
