Malaysia: Shares open lower on Friday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 1.810 points to 1719.660.
Volume was 17.03 million lots worth RM6.77 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 62 to 60.
