    MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 1.17 points to 1,652.910.

    Volume was 61.21 million lots worth RM13.13 million.

    Gainers outnumbered losers 71 to 63.
