Malaysia: Shares open lower on Friday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 1.80 points to 1,705.79.
Volume was 42.2 million lots worth RM10 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 80 to 55.
