Malaysia: Shares open lower on Friday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 1.08 points to 1,716.34.
Volume was 68.6 million lots worth RM26.6 million.
Losers outnumbered gainers 94 to 65.
