Malaysia: Shares open lower on Monday

Malaysia share prices opened lower on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 8.16 points to 1,708.660.

Volume was 190.1 million lots worth RM59.81 million.

Gainers outnumbered losers 175 to 107.
