Malaysia: Shares open lower on Monday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 2.66 points to 1,681.49.
Volume was 77.8 million lots worth RM26.7 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 140 to 61.
