Malaysia: Shares open lower on Monday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 4.74 points to 1,682.94.

Volume was 25.7 million lots worth RM10 million.

Gainers outnumbered losers 86 to 73.
