Malaysia: Shares open lower on Monday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 6.06 points to 1631.73.

Volume was 20.8 million lots worth RM8.3 million.

Gainers outnumbered losers 64 to 49.
