Malaysia: Shares open lower on Monday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 0.80 points to 1,766.28.

Volume was 100.4 million lots worth RM34.6 million.

Gainers outnumbered losers 112 to 83.
