Malaysia: Shares open lower on Thursday

Malaysia share prices opened lower on Thursday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 3.57 points to 1,703.54.

Volume was 119.01 million lots worth RM49.78 million.

Gainers outnumbered losers 135 to 110.
