Malaysia: Shares open lower on Tuesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 7.54 points to 1600.89.

Volume was 45.4 million lots worth RM26.3 million.

Losers outnumbered gainers 140 to 39.
