Malaysia: Shares open lower on Tuesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 1.540 points to 1713.900.
Volume was 61.8 million lots worth RM15.6 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 75 to 68.
