Malaysia: Shares open lower on Wednesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened lower on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 5.78 points to 1783.95.
Volume was 130.44 million lots worth RM42.05 million.
Losers outnumbered gainers 265 to 55.
