Malaysia: Shares open lower on Wednesday

MALAYSIA share prices open slightly lower on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 1.520 points to 1725.780.

Volume was 103.3 million lots worth RM40.41 million.

Gainers outnumbered losers 128 to 49.
