MALAYSIA share prices open lower on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 5.580 points to 1717.170.
Volume was 99.46 million lots worth RM29.19 million.
Losers outnumbered gainers 99 to 96.
