    Malaysia share prices opened lower on Wednesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down by 7.76 points to 1,556.180.

    Volume was 101.5 million lots worth RM38.70 million.

    Losers outnumbered gainers 157 to 84.
