Malaysia: Stocks end the day higher

Malaysian shares closed higher on Tuesday with the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index gaining 3.06 points to 1,791.01.

Some 2.3 billion lots, valued at RM2.61 billion were traded. Losers outnumbered gainers 547 to 342.
