Malaysia: Stocks open higher on Thursday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 1.6 points to 1,729.56.
Volume was 45.6 million lots worth RM23.8 million.
Losers outnumbered gainers 164 to 56.
