Malaysia: Stocks open higher on Tuesday

MALAYSIA share prices opened higher on Tuesday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 4.89 points to 1,721.00.
Volume was 33.79 million lots worth RM18.89 million as at 9.02am.
Gainers outnumbered losers 164 to 46.
