Malaysia: Stocks open lower on Friday

MALAYSIAN shares opened lower on Friday with the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index dropping 17.76 points to 1,634.98.

Some 97.7 million lots, valued at RM53.07 million were traded. Losers outnumbered gainers 137 to 114.
