Pan Asian Holdings awards S$3.5m contract for new headquarters and logistics centre in Tuas

PAN Asian Holdings announced on Wednesday that its unit has awarded a S$3.5 million contract for the building of its group's headquarters and logistics centre in Singapore.

The contract was awarded by Pan Asian Flow Technology Pte Ltd to Sanwah Construction Pte Ltd on Feb 6, 2018, for the construction of a three storey single-user general industrial factory with a production area and ancillary office at Tuas South Link 3 (Tuas Planning Area).

The project will begin on Feb 13 this year and is slated for completion on Feb 12, 2019.

It is expected to have a material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and consolidated earnings per share of the company for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2018.

PCatalist-listed Pan Asian said none of its directors or controlling shareholders has any interest, direct or indirect, in the project other than through their shareholding interests in the company.
