Singapore shares close 0.06 per cent down on Tuesday

SINGAPORE stocks finished 0.06 per cent lower on Tuesday, with the Straits Times Index dropping 1.89 points to 3,374.08.
About 2.14 billion shares worth S$1.43 billion in total changed hands, which worked out to an average unit price of S$0.67 per share.
The most actively traded counter was Lion Gold. Other actives included Jiutian Chemica and Sincap.
Gainers narrowly outnumbered losers 231 to 216.
