Singapore shares close marginally lower

SINGAPORE shares closed flat on Tuesday with the key Straits Times Index losing 1.8 points to finish at 3,191.04.
Nearly two billion shares worth S$1.36 billion exchanged hands with 233 counters up and 207 down.
