Singapore: Shares end higher

SINGAPORE shares end higher on Wednesday.
The Straits Times Index gained 20.44 points to 3,354.46.
Some 2 billion shares, valued at S$1.11 billion were traded. Gainers numbered 248 while losers numbered 183.
