Singapore: Shares end higher

SINGAPORE shares ended higher on Thursday with the Straits Times Index gaining 3.3 points to 3,290.96.
Some 1.44 billion shares, valued at S$1.1 billion were traded. Gainers numbered 189 while losers numbered 240.
