Singapore: Shares end lower

SINGAPORE shares ended 0.28 per cent lower on Tuesday with the Straits Times Index slipping 9.27 points to 3,281.57.
Some 1.88 billion shares, valued at S$1.01 billion were traded. Gainers numbered 177 while losers numbered 251.
