Singapore: Shares open flat on Wednesday

SINGAPORE share prices opened flat on Wednesday with the Straits Times Index down 0.35 points to 3,365.76.
Volume was 47.3 million shares valued at S$89.7 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 46 to 38.
