Singapore: Shares open higher on Friday

SINGAPORE share prices opened higher on Friday with the Straits Times Index up 1.86 points to 3,156.07.
Volume was 54.8 million shares worth S$78.3 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 83 to 50.
