Singapore: Shares open higher on Monday

SINGAPORE share prices opened higher on Monday with the Straits Times Index up 16.46 points to 3,184.19.
Volume was 60.1 million shares worth S$92.4 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 106 to 30.
