Singapore: Shares open higher on Wednesday

SINGAPORE share prices opened higher on Wednesday with the Straits Times Index up 15.70 points to 3,329.43.
Volume was 49.7 million shares worth S$81.3 million.
Gainers outnumbered losers 71 to 30.
